ORDER PROCESS

Skim Rose ships from Lima, Perú.

Lima: All orders in Lima will be processed and shipped via our own shipping system within 2-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

Callao and rest of Perú: All orders for the rest of Perú will be processed and shipped via OLVA within 4-8 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

Rest of the world: All orders for the rest of the world will be processed and shipped via DHL Express within 4-10 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

We ship worldwide! 

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update. Excluding made-to-order pieces.

 

PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-MEASURE
For items listed as pre order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. For more information on your pre order, please inquire at hello@skimrose.com.

 

LIMA, PERÚ PICK UP
Orders are available for local pick up from the Skim Rose Studio in Lima, Perú. Our Pick up option is only available from Monday - Saturday with previous confirmation. Sunday pick up is not available. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please sign up for text messages notifications at checkout and you'll receive a text when your order is ready for pick up. Address is released when order is placed.

 

LIMA AND REST OF PERÚ SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Lima orders will be shipped via our own shipping system. We ship within 2-5 business days to Lima with a flat shipping rate of $4. Orders for Callao and the rest of Perú will be shipped via OLVA within 4-8 days with a flat shipping rate of $4. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for local orders other than OLVA.

Skim Rose is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Perú may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Skim Rose, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Skim Rose.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
International orders will be shipped via DHL Express with a flat shipping cost of $35. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL Express ships within 4-6 days to the America, 6-10 business days within Europe and within 6-10 business days to Asia.
